The platform consists on a native mobile application and a cloud base backend. From non sensitive data we calculate the Human Aspect Value ® and provide an insight about how everyone is doing within the organization.

The mobile application has an engaging and intuitive user interface design, allowing users to enter data such as their mood, performance, physical and mental health, stress, engagement, and social interactions.

The backend is a cloud-based system that stores and processes the user data and provides insights to the user and the organization. The data collected and analyzed in the backend is used to create a Human Aspect Value (HAV) score, which is used to measure the overall well-being of an individual. This score is then used to identify areas of improvement and provide guidance to the user on how to improve their well-being.

The platform also includes a comprehensive analytics dashboard for administrators that provides detailed insights on user engagement and well-being. This dashboard allows administrators to identify areas of improvement and provide resources to help users improve their well-being.
